Job Responsibilities- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the management.
- To comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
- To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
- To take responsibility for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
- To forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
- To track design or construction work changes and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- To produce or agree with the services of contractors and subcontractors who work on the project's construction, measure and value the work done on-site.
- To liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as Site Managers, Project Managers and Site Engineers.
- Experience in property development industry will be preferred.
- Computer or software skills in Microsoft Office application & AutoCad.
