    Job Responsibilities

    1. Ensure that the efficient running of the daily counters service operations, to ensure a quality and accuracy of various marketing reporting, updating of customer particulars and handling of correspondences. 2. Handle the general sales transactions in accordance with established Company policies, guidelines, and procedures, with excellent Customer Service, including handling sales enquires, lots reservation and confirmation, complaints, updating of price revisions, lots control, and communication to agents. 3. Timely and accurate processing of Booking Sales, Confirm Sales, verifying PO & entering sales, data entry, sales collection, collection hand-over to Accounts and Responsible for Bank in Daily Collection 4. Issue of Official Receipt for daily cash / cheque / credit card payment collections. 5. As back-up for Cashier and assist checking of daily payments received against Daily Receipt Listing for banking when needed. 6. Sales material stock replenishment requisition i.e. Confirmation to Purchase forms, tapes and brochures. 7. Collect Urn Repository Form, Pedestal Installation Form and An Ling service form with complete information. 8. Follow up with agents or customers on the outstanding payment and to ensure full payment before urn installation. 9. Verify and confirm the correct lot of urn compartment and ancestral tablet before the arrival of the procession. 10. Provide service at praying hall. 11. Updating of SOLD urn compartments units by sticket at Urn Compartment 12. Supervise the cleanliness and tidiness of customers’ rest area. 13. Any other duties as assigned by your superior / management to you from time to time. Website Link :
