Imagine a future where your cloud and Kubernetes skills are the key to driving the digital transformation of green energy production Join us in this role where you’ll be designing and operating Kubernetes services. We’re working in an international agile setup, building stable integration platforms for our IT solutions, supporting developers in deploying Kubernetes workloads, and taking an active part in the digital transformation. You’ll be one of over twenty specialists within a community of practice where your personal and professional development is prioritised. Welcome to Process, Integrations and Data IPL You’ll be part of Integration and ALM Competence Centre where you, together with your colleagues, will build and operate strong Kubernetes and related cloud services used all over the company. As a central Kubernetes team, we’re responsible for setting and auditing standards as well as supporting custom clusters. As a team, we work in a global matrix organisation where you’ll collaborate with developers, cloud and network engineers. We offer flexibility yet value the opportunity of being onsite regularly in order to form the sense of team. You’ll play an important role in:

  • setting up, maintaining, and operating Kubernetes clusters in Azure and AWS
  • maturing Infra-as-Code implementation and deployment to provide self-service capabilities to vast application development community
  • providing Kubernetes expertise and guidance to developers
  • supporting continuous delivery together with the DevOps teams
  • cooperating closely with cloud architects to comply with company standards.
To succeed in the role, you:
  • are a team player with strong technical skills and are motivated by setting standards in close cooperation with a broad variety of stakeholders
  • feel comfortable working with various cloud technologies, such as Azure or AWS, and IaC tools, preferably Terraform
  • are knowledgeable about Kubernetes and have proven track record deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters, preferably holding CKAD and CKA certification
  • are familiar with DevOps best practices and tools, like GitOps, GitHub, AzureDevOps, etc.
  • have worked with at least one scripting language, e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
