- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- More than 5 years of safety program management or the equivalent combination of education and skills.
- Registered Safety & Health training officer with Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH).
- Knowledge of Department of Environment (DOE) regulations and experience in handling schedule waste and chemicals.
- Familiarity with audiometric testing procedures and occupational health and safety standards.
- Workingknowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and 5S.
- Experiencein manufacturing operations.
