Zech Consulting is seeking a Digital Scanning specialist to join our team in the production and operations department in Montgomery!
Help scan, print, cut, package, and ship posters, signs, and media! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with an amazing company. Apply today!Responsibilities:
- Scanning documents
- Operate Digital Printers
- Point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log customer jobs
- Operate standard finishing equipment (e.g. paper cutters, inserters, laminating, and hole punchers)
- Coordinate with outside agencies and services as needed
- Operate basic office equipment (printer, copier, fax)
- Clean and maintain office equipment when necessary
- Process basic forms and update information using a PC
- Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product
- Maintain appropriate supply inventory, distribute supplies as required
- Operate low to mid-speed printers and copiers
- Estimate, schedule, and track incoming production jobs
Qualifications:
- Previous Computer experience
- Basic Math skills
- Able to demonstrate business maturity and professionalism
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Reliable
