Job details
- Communicate with the various departments, projects and site representatives to evaluate present and future personnel requirements.
- Develop sources of qualified applicants through various channels like advertisements, internet sources (LinkedIn, job portals…etc), recruitment agencies or manpower service providers, employee referrals.
- Review and examine Job Descriptions/Job Requirements of all positions to be filled, ensure that applicants comply to established minimum selection criteria.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Create and maintain regular reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current or future opportunities.
- Discuss and negotiate salary and benefit details with candidate and obtain candidate acceptance. Respond to employment enquiries, update recruitment schedules and lists as required.
