Charterhouse is working with a large investment bank in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire a senior Java J2EE developer with at least two years commercial experience working with Java or J2EE development within an IT environment. Your responsibilities will include helping to develop and maintain their current system whilst using your initiative to find solutions to improve the overall architecture. You will also be working closely with other software developers to ensure the system is always running smoothly The successful applicant should have a minimum of two years experience along with exposure to Open source tools such as; Spring, Struts, Eclipse, Tomcat, Hibernate, JBoss, Weblogic or Websphere. In addition you should have strong RDBMS including; SQL stored procedures triggers in Sybase, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server The Bank enjoys a highly dynamic, merit based culture where high achievers are identified and rewarded in kind.
