- To process pharmacy approvals and calls following defined procedures and in accordance with the conditions & terms of the policies.
- To handle relationships with providers by asking for additional information whenever required, by explaining the details of the rejections (application of the policy coverage, diagnosis coverage etc.…)
- To attend the pharmacy calls with in SLA.
- To process approvals and calls as per guidelines.
Requirement
- 2 – 3 Years’ experience in the insurance field required.
- Good Understanding of the claim’s procedure & customer service standards.
- Requires a high level of knowledge of medical terms.
- The job requires a general understanding of the branch structure and policy setups.
- Basic knowledge of insurance industry.
- Basic medical terminology and computer handling skills.
