BIM COORDINATOR Jobs In Dubai | Duncan & Ross Consulting
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the process of generating and managing digital modelsof places; building information models are virtual files that help withdecision-making during the building process
- Review of 3D Models
- Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks
- Manage Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
- Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members
- Early design review and constructability analysis
- Manage / Update BIM Project Documents
- 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification
- 4D Scheduling / Simulation using Autodesk NavisWorks
Requirements:
- 3D modeling and graphic imaging software (Autodesk, 3D Slash, Cinema 4D, Adobe, Corel, etc.)
- Computer-aided design software (Microsoft Visio, Visual Architect, TurboCAD, etc.)
- Office software (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks & AutoCAD
- Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- BIM knowledge and interest in working with Architectural firms
