- Operator of Mozambique Project with a budget of $20 Billion over 5 years (3-5 GUSD/year).
- Combination of 10 Area 1 shareholders with 5 JOA’s agreements, 1 unitisation agreement, 2 EPCC (area 1 and 4) and 7 Area 4 Shareholders.
- Project Financing: $14.9 billion senior debt financing consisting of direct and covered loans from 8 Export Credit Agencies, 20 commercial bank facilities including African Development Bank managed through Intercreditor agents, lawyers and lenders consultants.
- Moz LNG ecosystem based on the 11 Incorporated JV (SAP company codes environments), plus 3 JV under creation, across 5 jurisdictions (Italy, Mauritius, Mozambique,Singapore, UAE) and 3 sites in Mozambique (Maputo, Afungi, Pemba).
- 3 sets of statutory financial statements for 2 UAE entities in line with IFRS, and local GAAP
- Consolidation packages including reconciliation with GALAXY reporting in line with Group norms
Requirement
- Degree in commence, Auditing, Tax or Accounting.
- CIMA, ACCA or related finance qualification
- 16 years experience minimum of work in the Oil and Gas industry or a reputable audit firm is preferred.
- Large experience with SAP and SOX.
