Description:

Act as flow assurance supporter to guide and assist the corrosion & flow assurance team with expert advice on the performance of scale, DRA, corrosion, Asphaltene management activities related to surface and downhole facilities. Analyzing problems relating to production chemistry and recommending corrective measures accordingly. Coordinate and work closely with surface and subsurface engineers, field operations and other concerned technical departments as well as chemical vendors and service providers to provide proper advice on flow assurance related tasks. Research and analyses the latest corrosion, DRA, scale & Asphaltene management technologies, techniques, chemicals and procedures development in the market for possible utilization in ADNOC Offshore. Coach the developees according to competency assurance management system (cams).

Responsibilities:

• Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers’ concerns.
• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.

Requirements:

• An associate’s degree in engineering or similar.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.
• A relevant certificate or license is advantageous.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
• The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
• The ability to remain professional under pressure.
