MEU is responsible to provide technical Maintenance support to daily activities and execute expense projects to ensure plant operation is will maintained and safe and continually generate cost saving. Your primary role will be to promptly deal with any issues when faults or problems with equipment occur. You will monitor Key Performance Indices for the assigned operational area for cost analysis and budget control, and act as single point of contact for rotating and stationary equipment reliability issues within the assigned operational area.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following: Provide technical solution whenever machines experience failures, utilizing sound maintenance strategies to analyze, address and rectify the root causes in order to prevent reoccurrences. Troubleshoot equipment failures & performance. Utilize knowledge and familiarity with the international standards in order to improve the equipment performance. Implement the best-in-class solutions pertaining to all equipment, as foreseen by international standards and other internal company standards. Lead efficiency improvement initiates & upgrading programs & project for all equipment. Propose changes in operating modes, or technological improvement, or maintenance strategies implementation, in order to support the company vision of continuous improvement throughout collaboration and people conversation. Utilize the best-in-class monitoring maintenance & reliability tools (SAP, iMOM, GE MERIDIUM) to support decisions in case of failures, or abnormal operating conditions. Provide technical support to the maintenance team to enhance preventive maintenance strategies and checks, along with predictive maintenance strategies and operation-based maintenance checks. Provide mentorship to lesser-experienced engineers. Generate development plans for them, assist them during the entire path of th eir knowledge growth.Minimum RequirementsYou must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized and approved program. You should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a maintenance engineering position. You should be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of engineering practices. You should be FE certified. Preferred to be certified in CMRP or PMP.
