Job Description

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms, print media, and events.
• Manage online presence through social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
• Organize and coordinate promotional events, product launches, or exhibitions to showcase products/services.
• Develop compelling and creative content for various marketing materials, including websites, social media, and advertisements.
• Use analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
• Interact with customers through social media, email, and other platforms to address queries, gather feedback, and enhance the customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
