Job Description

Reporting to Regional Manager East Malaysia. You will support Operations team in the performance of commercial related matters not limited to the followings:
  • You will manage all aspects of the commercial process from initial contact to sales ‘close’ for selected projects determined either by revenue size, client type, project type, tasks include.
  • You enter orders after material list was handed by engineering.
  • You ensure materials planning including shortage and procurement in monthly basis.
  • You ensure sales are recorded and monitored in line with agreed processes.
  • You ensure products purchased are delivered in a timely way and recorded in Discos.
  • You ensure proper documentations on return deliveries and recorded in Discos in a timely way.
  • You ensure invoice are recorded and billed according to contract in a timely way.
  • To handle client enquires (such as delivery, return and invoicing) in a timely way.
  • To prepare project margin calculation via Dokacalc. / Excel according to contract.
  • To assist Sales in transferring material list to Discos II via Dokacalc with correct condition setting.
  • To ensure all contract documents proper storage in S-drive.
  • To liaise with finance team for project CCM setup.
  • You manage ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Admin Task
  • You responsible to manage office expenses and ensure that the office is maintained in the best conditions.
  • Any other ad hoc admin task assigned

Qualifications

Personal Requirements:
  • A minimum requirement of a Diploma in Finance, supply chain, or quantity surveying.
  • A minimum 2 - 4 years’ hands-on experience in commercial/invoicing/warehouse
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Able to work independently and as a team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on mentality and engaged personality, confident attitude.
  • Ability to work in an MNC environment and working with external stakeholders.
  • Being resilient, meticulous, and analytical with a strong motivation to succeed.
  • Strong command of the English language. Being fluent in Mandarin will give you an upper hand.
  • Able to begin within 1 month or as soon as possible.
  • Preferably local Sarawakian.
