Job Content- Monitor and improve After Sales Operation and Facilities Standards, Parts & Service Performance, CS activities and new business opportunity implementation by improving nationwide dealers’ service level, network expansions and profitability to increase customer revisit intention and satisfaction
- Ensure all dealers adhere to the Service Excellence Standards and other standard guidelines through constant follow up visit at service dealers
- As window person (link) between BYD and After Sales dealers in terms of operation standards, procedures, quality and warranty issues.
- Assist dealers' service operation and implement continuous Improvement activities at service dealers nationwide.
- Identify root cause, problem solving, & analysis to develop an effective countermeasure for improvement in supporting After-Sales dealers' business plan.
- To resolve dealer complaint issue within acceptable timeframe.
- To update management on projects, improvement activities progress and status report
