Principal RBA Program Manager

Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) As our RBA Program Manager, you will act as a change leader and drive initiatives to with multiple tracks of work in a way that inspires the team to execute with a sense of shared purpose to achieve the stated goals. Every day you will develop and execute plans to manage the RBA program’s scope, schedule, and resources. You will also assemble a dedicated team tasked with conformance cross functionally across procurement, manufacturing, and HR to drive compliance internally, educate employees, and ensure adoption and reporting across our supply chain. To thrive in this role, you must be able to manage complex projects, communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels – from leadership to individual contributors, and have experience in organizational change management.   Required Skills & Qualifications Here’s what you can expect as our RBA Program Manager:

• Serve as expert in RBA compliance for NI including designing and implementing policies and procedures needed to meet RBA standards. 
• Champion sustainability and RBA compliance to standards, including managing internal and external audits.
• Serve as a change champion to effectively communicate, train, and ensure adoption of RBA requirements.
• Proactively develop and manage RBA risks assessments to ensure proactive mitigation and implement corrective actions for non-conformances. 

• Bachelor's degree in business, sustainability, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project and change management
• Strong understanding of the RBA Code of Conduct and the RBA Audit Program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as key driver of RBA core team
• Ability to interact with multiple functions, mainly HR, Legal, Operations, Health & Safety
