The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
- Analyze Supply Chain Models and business processes in an end-to-end-perspective.
- Drive for continuous improvements and support changing environment, inclusive of system integrations activities.
- Analyze and resolve errors/issues reported and provide business consulting to users.
- Coordinate Change Request for enhancement; drive/support unit testing/integration testing/user acceptance testing.
- Interface with IT on enhancement and change request to fulfill supply chain management (SCM) and other related business process requirements.
- Documentation of all related business processes (SIPOC, RACI etc). Actively support Knowledge Management, perform training to end users where applicable.
- Drive project management (PJM) and execution with vast leadership skill.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years related experience in Business Process Integration or manufacturing related environment is preferred.
- Supply Chain process experiences in multisite production companies with focus on automation and standardization.
- Supply Chain process experiences in multisite production companies with focus on automation and standardization.
- Fundamental experiences in use of methods like LEAN / Six Sigma / Scrum / Agile Project Management Value Stream oriented thinking and acting.
- Advanced knowledge in SAP ERP, Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, macro and Microsoft PowerBI will be an added advantage, LEAN / Six Sigma / Scrum / Agile Project Management.
- Good Project management skill with vast leadership skill to archieve department's organization's goal.
