Job details
- Develop long & short form social media content to attract new users and engage with existing users.
- Analyze data across multiple sources to reinforce and/or refocus strategies accordingly.
- Work with multiple teams to develop relevant marketing strategies to support business objectives.
- Oversee and manage social channels across all of Borong's social media platforms.
- Ensure content (written, visuals, audio, etc) are in alignment with Borong’s brand image.
- Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending any participating events that Borong is attending.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
- Curate social media campaigns and posts to engage audiences effectively.
- Ensure marketing materials and social content align with the company's mission and vision, working closely with the team.
- Other relevant activities that are necessary to ensure the success of deliverables above.
- At least 2 years of working experience in any related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or any other related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to derive insights.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Experience in running paid marketing ads is an added advantage, but not a must.
