1. Leads and manages marketing unit by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects.
2. Increase sales through the identification and cultivation of new customers
3. Develop a detailed database of potential new customers/clients for the business
4. Plan and implement an annual marketing budget and plan; regularly update the management team on progress
5. Organization and coordination of all promotional activities
6. Organizing and attending trade shows and exhibitions
7. Preparing and maintaining all promotional materials
8. Managing and updating the company website
9. Preparation of sales presentations for customer meetings
10. Implementing ongoing marketing campaigns through several communication channels including social media etc.
11. Analysis and feedback of sales performance
12. Researching new market opportunities
13. Carry out analysis of the overall competitive landscape, identifying key markets and trends
14. Maintain comprehensive records and analysis of all marketing activity
15. Work closely with the management team to ensure synergy of activity exists across the entire organization
16. Maintain a file on key competitor marketing activity
17. Maintain “leading edge” awareness on market developments, promotions, materials, technology, etc.
18. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
19. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
20. Attend a regular meeting held by the management
21. Other projects and duties which the company deems suitable for the position
