Job Description: MTN is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Client Support Manager to join our team remotely in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional support and service. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services

- Provide guidance and support to clients on using our products and services

- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, making recommendations for improvement

- Track and report on client metrics and KPIs to senior management

- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in client support or account management

- Strong project management and research skills

- Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being able to collaborate with a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field Personality Traits:
