Employer: FADZIL, CHUA & SONG No. 1-1, Persiaran Sunway Wellesley, Pusat Perniagaan Sunway Wellesley, 14000 BUKIT MERTAJAM PENANG Malaysia Tel: 045183311 Job Description: • To handle various litigation related work and sometimes conveyancing matter • To report and update the Partner regularly on progress of matters handled and to take instructions • To attend and/or assist the Partner and counsels to draft pleadings, cause papers and submissions • To attend to client(s), correspondences and other legal work assigned by the Firm from time to time • To attend court for case management, mention, interlocutory hearing and assist counsels for trials Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in handling court matters • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong analytical skills, interpersonal communication skills and meticulous • Ability to handle multiple tasks at any one given time and complete tasks entrusted within the timeline given • Able to handle pressure well, a team player and keen to learn • Possess good work ethics and positive attitude towards the profession • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia • Excellent drafting and research skills • Must possess a valid practising certificate for 2024• Possess own transport and wiling to travel for work purposes • Able to start immediately is an advantage Job Start Date: 15 February 2024 Application Closing Date: 31 March 2024 Overview of Organisation: We are a legal firm located at Bukit Mertajam on litigation as well as conveyancing matters with pleasant working environment How to Apply: Interested candidates must send your resumes to fcsongbm@gmail.com or whatsapp/call 012-4312738 (Ms. Sharon Song) #J-18808-Ljbffr
