Our client has recently acquired a Life Insurance business so they are looking for a hands-on Operations Solutions Lead to assist them with the transition on their Policy Servicing operations process. Responsibilities include:-- Highly participate in the implementation of the project and assist Group Operations to execute the planned road map, track, and report progress
- Assist in UAT and coordination, not limited to product launches, and system enhancements with end users for the work flow and back-end operation system
- Perform gap analysis , review and document As-Is and To-Be work flow process
- Assist in preparing training materials on To-Be operations model
- Assist in monitoring the road map on implementation plan including UAT
- Evaluate alternative IT solutions & make appropriate recommendations to users
- Manage and align key stakeholders to ensure the end-to-end process
- Liaise with various business units to ensure requirements and expectations are sufficiently and timely delivered
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you have hands-on experience delivering an operational business improvement initiative within the life insurance & policy servicing domain. As an individual contributor, you should have contributed to a transformation project. Skills and Experience:-- Degree Holder with professional insurance qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Life insurance operations (p articularly in policy servicing (POS))
- Strong product knowledge with market sense in life insurance business
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively to work on the projects, as needed
- Excellent problem-solving, analytic skills and impeccable business judgement
- Quality-oriented and good integrity
- Ability to be multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in spoken and written English
