• Handle customer queries via inbound calls and electronic messaging system
• Provide clear and concise responses to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Guide and assist customers on process of product replacement, refund or tracking of shipment
• Provide appropriate solutions to customer concerns and ensure issues are followed through and resolved with utmost satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications

• Filipino
• High School or Senior HS graduate
• Willing to work on shifting / night shift schedule
• Willing to be assigned in McKinley Hill, Taguig
