Role Description This is a full-time Accounts Receivable Assistant role located at EQ Kuala Lumpur. The Accounts Receivable Assistant will assist in maintaining the financial records and systems of the hotel's accounting department under the direction of the Accounts Receivable Executive. Key responsibilities include monitoring financial transactions, reconciling accounts, resolving account discrepancies, responding to internal guest inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate payment posting. Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Relevant experience in accounts receivable or bookkeeping
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
