Marine Superintendent

1. Demonstrate leadership during Marine System activities inlcuding berthing and mooring. 2. Manage the operation of Marine System activities including berthing and mooring with effective delegation and communication 3. Delegate authority having due regards for competence and verify effective close out of tasks. 4. Liaise with maintenance team; Machinery & Auxiliary Supervisor in managing maintenance of Marine System. 5. Liaise effectively with all relevant onshore and offshore departments in ensuring safe and reliable O&M activities 6. Manage relevant welfare and disciplinary issues in a timely and effective manner. 7. Ensure Marine systems and operations are safely operated in compliance with legislation and the Management System 8. As an Approving Authority for the work in Marine System as per the e‐PTW system, to review and approve any of the PTW raised and any related task that required within the e‐PTW system. 9. Liaise with Senior Marine Technician (Panel Operator) on the Marine System operation and running status, floater strength and stability,ballast tanks &condensate storage status 10. Manage all aspect of cargo storage in an efficient and safely manner. 11. Supervise the ongoing development, updating and implementation of operational procedures and work instructions. 12. Managing the Marine System related document control on the facility. 13. Inspect and maintain cofferdam heating equipment on the facility and consult Topside team on repairing or regulating the devices. 14. Manage the washing / flushing, gas freeing and preparation of cargo/ballast tanks for entry, and the supervision of tank entries and tank work. 15. Manage coordination, supervision and implementation of checks and activities required prior to the berthing of a shuttle tanker. 16. Oversee the coordination and development of budgets and manage operational expenditure within the Marine department 17.
