About the Chief Marketing Officer Role: As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping teh company's brand identity, driving business growth, and establishing their presence in the competitive digital banking landscape. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance branding initiatives with a strong business-centric approach. You will collaborate closely with the holding company's Strategic Marketing division and oversee the management of four critical pillars within their marketing department. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning and Integration
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance, ensuring the achievement of KPIs and benchmarks
- Foster relationships with campaign stakeholders and external partners
- Formulate comprehensive channel strategies to maximise reach and engagement
- Manage media planning and buying activities, optimising media budgets for ROI
- Cultivate key relationships with media and digital agencies, facilitating effective collaboration
- Take ownership of our brand's messaging, creative direction, and content across all channels (owned, paid, earned)
- Lead creative project management, ensuring high-quality and on-brand deliverable
- Establish strong partnerships with creative, influencer, and social media agencies
- Drive employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with HR to enhance internal brand advocacy
- Manage stakeholder engagement as needed, ensuring positive relationships with relevant parties
- Forge partnerships with media owners and social impact organisations to strengthen our reputation
- Support the Creative and Content Lead in developing paid and social media content
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or in a senior marketing leadership role within the banking or financial industry
- Strong understanding of digital banking and fintech trends
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytelling
