- Formulate the annual strategic plan of the factory in charge according to the group strategic plan and the current business situation of the factory;
- Be responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company's products, procurement, production, supply chain, sales, team building and other objectives, and be responsible for the sales revenue and profit of the factory;
- Be fully responsible for the operation and management of the factory, lead the team members to achieve the growth target of the factory performance and increase the market share;
- According to the Group's business objectives, key strategies, rules and regulations, standardized business processes, etc., formulate management systems and processes that conform to the factory, and help the business and team achieve sustainable growth;
- Responsible for the development and management of key customers in the factory;
- Strengthen team management and capacity building, and establish excellent performance and motivation, personnel training and development, welfare and employee care mechanisms to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Having more than 10 years' overall management experience in relevant industries in automotive wiring harness components enterprises, being familiar with sales and production management systems, having a clear understanding of IATF16949: 2016 and applying it to actual management, and being familiar with involved business processes;
- Strong ability of strategic planning, communication and cooperation;
- Be cost conscious, quality conscious and understand automation;
- Strong sense of innovation and change, and strong project planning and execution ability;
- Strong logical thinking ability, analytical ability, judgment and decision-making ability, and planning ability;
- Have courage, excellent moral character, aggressive attitude, learning ability and sense of responsibility;
- Proficient in Chinese, English and Malay;
- Know how to manage and apply lean production, and understand excellent management modes, such as JIT, Kazuo Inamori Management Method, Amoeba Management Mode, etc.
- Know the policies of economy, politics, taxation and other aspects in real time, and be highly sensitive to the company's industry-related inform
