Professional Service Consultant

The Professional Services Consultant is a member of our consulting group that delivers configurable solutions and the support of the solutions to our end user customers and partners. The Professional Services Consultant is represented to our Partners and End Users as being the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of all Kofax products. The Professional Services Consultant must be able to:

• Manage multiple projects to ensure deliverables and timelines of projects are met.
• Perform the following tasks: requirements gathering, functional design, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, installation, and training.
• Perform the full technical configuration required for the deployment of our solutions.
• Collaborate frequently with the project team to ensure the successful implementation of the solutions.
• Proactively mitigate project issues and risks
• Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Provide telephone and/or Web based technical support for Kofax products
• Take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution and provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via phone, web, and email and other support channels as required.
