Our client a leading commercial law firm is seeking a Solicitor with experience in Technology/Commercial law to join their Corporate & Commercial team. This position offers the opportunity to join a market leading team with exposure to interesting and varied work in a firm where support and wellbeing are prioritised. The Role The position will offer the opportunity to work in the areas of Research Innovation and Technology and Commercial Contracts. The team advise clients on the legal aspects concerning research and development and knowledge transfer and the acquisition and effective commercialisation of intellectual property. They also advise clients in relation to contractual, technology and e-commerce issues. The Person • Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years of commercial experience in a leading law firm • Commercially astute with a strong business sense • Experienced in both working as part of a team and independently • Experience in a broad range of intellectual property and commercial contract matters including technology licensing, data protection and e-commerce. • Excellent written and communication skills • Manage internal and external client relationships • Have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met Interested applicants should contact Vicki Weinmann in strict confidence on +353 1 5313745 or submit your CV to vicki.weinmann@abrivia.ie.
