The Role:
You will lead on high-level, business critical commercial lease negotiations, working side by side with the board to ensure the business' commercial objectives are achieved.
You will be negotiating with clients such as hotels, retail parks, golf clubs, residential landowners, etc.
This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your legal skills while gaining in-depth exposure to the business from a commercial perspective, allowing you to develop your commercial awareness.
About You:
· As a guide, this role would suit an E&W qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE
· Experience negotiating commercial leases is essential
· You will be comfortable in a client facing role
· Open to private practice or in-house backgrounds
· Have a high level of commercial awareness
What's on offer?
· Salary: £70-75k (dependant on experience)
· Bonus: 10%, likely to increase over time
