We are continuously scouting for the right talents to fill up the role as Head, Business Innovation Of Recovery Asset Management. Responsibilities:

• To strategies and develop alternative modes to support remedial and recovery activity. To initiate and lead marketing activities to facilitate the disposal of distressed assets, including Assetslink website.
• To lead all relationship development and liaison activity with internal and external parties for smooth and timely completion of assignments. The external parties include SDRS/AKPK, BNM, government ministries and agencies, solicitors, external consultants, and other service providers.
• To lead post-mortem credit review from a recovery perspective and conduct knowledge sharing of lessons learned.
• To supervise team to ensure that strategies and implementation fully comply with Shariah, legal, statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as prevailing policies and procedures of the Bank.
• To review and recommend enhancements to recovery-related policies and procedures, as and when required.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economy or its equivalent in relevant fields, and possession of relevant professional qualifications fulfilling the regulatory requirements (if any).
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in related industries; had experience in handling large and complex recovery cases.
• Strong knowledge in law and litigation cases would be advantageous.
• Ability to strategies and innovate the remedial and recovery approaches and processes.
• Good communicator in the aspects of negotiation, persuasion and relationship building.
• Able to coach and guide their subordinates.
