Test Manager 12 months contract Location: Athlone Hybrid model For this role, our client require a highly proficient Test Manager who has extensive knowledge of test management tools, in particular Microsoft Azure DevOps to organize and track testing activitie, with an extensive knowledge of UAT processes within an Agile environment, including user story validation, feedback collection, and sign-off criteria. As part of the project, the Test Manager will be expected to work with Test teams within the Payroll/Pensions and wider business areas. The Test Manager is expected to be an expert in all phases of the testing lifecycle including:
- Functional
- System Integration
- End2End
- User Acceptance
- Pre-Production
- Production
- Security
- Right to work permanently in Ireland
- ISTQB certification
- Agile framework certification
- ICT Qualification (Level 7 or above)
- 7+ years' of experience as test Manager/team lead level
- In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies, including manual, automated testing and data migration testing.
- Excellent Project management skills in an Agile framework
- ICT Qualification (Level 7 or above)
- Familiarity with requirements management tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Work expereince testing payroll and pensions systems and calculations would be a distinct advantage.
