Job details
Drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating complex contracts and agreements. Advising companies on corporate matters in acquisitions (buy and sell side), legal due diligence, shareholders agreements, restructuring and joint ventures, mergers-demergers and all other corporate transactions. Handling multiple legal matters simultaneously and independently. Advising clients on a broad range of legal issues arising under Kuwaiti law. Advising national and international clients in a broad range of corporate law and transactions. Minimum Qualifications: • You have a degree in Law. Master degree is a plus. • You have 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. • You are eager to learn and you have the ambition to excel in the legal fields mentioned above. • You have strong analytical and writing skills. • You are fluent in English and Arabic. • You are a real team player. • You are client-oriented. • You are proactive and creative.
