- To create and develop new designs and patterns based on the market trend and customer requirements which include prints, embroidery, confectioning/embellishment, and fabrications
- To develop weekly or monthly Market intelligence report to review overall market trend and customer requirements
- New developments based on customers' needs and be aligned with the company’s ability to source, produce, and sell the product.
- Competitors' product and capability analysis regularly.
- Developing designs and good Presentations based on customers' Trend boards.
- Develop prototypes of new products as per the latest trends in fabrication, coloration, and style to present for customers’ selection
- New developments and a variety of samples with good presentations for all Exhibitions( Heimtextil, Market Weeks, etc) within the required timeline.
- Handle all new product developments and cost-effective required by the customers
- Reviewing customer designs for accuracy and making any necessary adjustments to ensure satisfaction with the finished product, sampling, bulk processing, and stitching.
- Lead and Manage a team for design creation and product development with the mindset that “CUSTOMER COMES FIRST” and involved in the development to make sure designs/products were made according to the marketing/customers' requirements.
- Conceptualize and develop new packaging that is customer-oriented and meets brands’ requirements
- Keep updated with the latest market trends in designing techniques, styles, embellishments, and fabrication in America, Europe, and other regions.
- Clear Communication with customers if required to understand and provide required designs and samples and provide samples as per the specs.
- Quick turnaround for an attractive presentation for any category of product/design for customer review.
- Always be a supportive and integral part of the marketing team to fulfill customer requirements (new samples, new developments, presentation, trend board etc).
- Initiatives in maximum developments/samples that help Team Marketing to elevate the business.
- Complete knowledge of computer-based design technologies and software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Microsoft Office. Technical skills of the product, strong colors SENSE/vision etc
