Description We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle HCM Application Consultant to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology and Services industry. As our Oracle HCM Application Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM applications for various clients. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a significant impact in optimizing financial processes and systems.   Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Lead and execute the setup, configuration, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Talent Management Bundle.
  • Develop & Execute system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality and accuracy of implemented solutions and successful integration of Oracle financial applications with existing systems.
  • Provide training and user support to ensure smooth adoption of the implemented solutions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM features, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Give expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Conduct system analysis, diagnose issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful projects.
  Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1+ year of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM applications.
  • Preference for candidates who are Egyptian and preferably based in Cairo.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Exhibit a strong command of Microsoft Office Applications, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, including such as Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Talent Management Bundle.
  • Exhibit a strong command of Microsoft Office Applications, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of financial business processes and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite) are preferred.
