Job Description

 

• Lead a team in developing and implementing technical solutions with technologies OutSystems, WSO2, Elasticsearch and other Data Stack.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring integration of security and DevSecOps practices within a hybrid agile framework.
• Serve as the primary communication link between technical teams and the client, translating complex needs and ensuring project alignment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the actual development and review the team implementation especially OutSystems and solutions to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Guide and mentor the technical team in all project phases, from planning to implementation.
• Provide technical direction and ensure the use of best practices and industry standards.
• Integrate security measures and practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead the team in implementing and optimizing CMS solutions, with a special emphasis on Umbraco, to enhance content delivery and management in line with project objectives.
• Oversee and ensure the effective adoption of DMS practices and OpenText solutions, guiding the team in delivering secure and accessible document management systems.
• Act as the technical liaison for client, understanding his needs and ensuring the team's work aligns with client expectations.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and risks, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
• Oversee the infrastructure aspects of the project, ensuring robustness, scalability, and security.
• Foster continuous learning and development within the team to keep skills and project execution at the forefront of industry standards.

 

Job Requirements

Skills:

• Proficient in OutSystems is a must, WSO2, Umbraco & Elasticsearch is a great plus
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong communication skills for effective team and client interaction.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking to navigate technical challenges.
• Knowledgeable in security practices and DevSecOps practices.
• Experienced with hybrid agile methodologies to manage and adapt to project changes.
• Understanding of infrastructure components and how they affect software performance and scalability.
