Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Developer Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As the team leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing Odoo-based solutions for our clients. Your strong technical expertise and leadership skills will play a crucial role in driving successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Odoo developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions Design and develop high-quality Odoo modules and customizations Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Stay updated with the latest Odoo developments and recommend enhancements or upgrades as necessaryJob Requirements
Job Requirements Proven experience as an Odoo developer, with expertise in custom module development, UI/UX customization, and integration with external systems Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team Proficient in Python programming language Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Bonus Skills: Experience with other ERP systems Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Familiarity with Agile development methodologiesApply safely
