Take a look here what it's like to work at Tyro About the role The role of the Account Specialist within the Enterprise team specialises in providing best-in-class support across our Key Account Management function, that manages our top merchant portfolio at Tyro. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Commercial Enablement and working closely with the Head of Enterprise, you will be a vital member of the Enterprise team working alongside Key Account Managers and Enterprise partnership managers to support the retention and engagement initiatives for our Tyro Customers. This newly created role will ensure that Tyro is providing a superior service to all our existing customers. This role is a blend between internal and external stakeholder engagement. What you'll do
- Understand customers key drivers across micro and macro trends, to influence account strategy by working with the Key Account Manager and account.
- Working through regular forecasting and sales pipeline with the KAM team to proactively and regularly asses’ strategies and tactics on addressing gaps
- Manage key stakeholder relationships across the account portfolio (both internal and external)
- Manage key initiatives and projects as directed by your line manager to aid the KAM or Enterprise team more broadly.
- Support function for the top 10 accounts, to be across all review and operational meetings.
- Support with administrative requirements of the Enterprise partnerships
- Ownership of digital process update requirements
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to provide support with projects as deemed necessary
- Provide ongoing support for Enterprise level expansions and customer onboarding roll outs
- Ad hoc duties to assist with customer enquiries, initiatives, projects, campaigns and work as prescribed by your manager.
- Provide administrative support in areas such as but not limited to:
