Job Description Hospital Pharmacist | New Hall Hospital A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and proactive Pharmacist to work at New Hall Hospital.  Working as part of the wider clinical team to provide a high standard of efficient, individualised patient care. This role will involve conducting medicine safety audits, policy compliance audits, medicines information and counselling to patients, clinical drug chart screening and medicine management training to staff. Adhering to all of Ramsay’s policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients. You will not be responsible for on call commitments within this role. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be patient focused. Applications are welcomed from hospital pharmacists, community pharmacists and primary care pharmacists. You must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a pharmacist to be eligible to apply for this post. The successful candidate will be provided with an induction training programme organised and supported by the Head of Clinical Services and the Corporate Pharmacy Team. Further training opportunities on Leadership are available for the successful candidate via our own Ramsay Academy Programme. What you’ll bring with you
