This role will report to General Manager of the country, and work closely with the Business, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver the best experiences and business outcomes possible through leveraging technology and driving both product and businessmetrics around business problems that we have. • Collaborating with staff members to formulate and implement transportation-related procedures as well as company margin goals and customer service objectives.
• Arranging Quality checks and audits as per agreed SLAs with customers
• Complyingwithtransportation-relatedpolicies,aswellassafetyrules&governmentregulations.
• Promoting safe work activities by conducting safety audits ofsourced trucks.
• Keep the systems updated with real-time information
• Investigating complaints & escalations and provide reports.
• Communicating with sales/Central Opsandcustomersproactively about issues/delays
• Manage & Roaster employees in their roles
• Manage on-time truck placement time and improve customer satisfaction.
• Control & managecosts
• Responsibility to adhere to budgeted costs and plan for cost reduction

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or MBA
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, leading people
