The Deposits Pricing & Governance team manages a suite of savings and deposits products designed to support customers at each life stage. We have end-to-end accountability for portfolio management including pricing, proactive risk management and optimising customer and business outcomes across the portfolio. See yourself in the team As a Senior Manager in the Deposits team, your role is key in supporting both the operational management and optimisation of the Deposits portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity where you will have the opportunity to tackle a diverse range of initiatives from day-to-day product management activities to the execution of major initiatives and projects that deliver against our key business priorities to deliver on our vision to deliver simple, innovative and accessible customer experiences. More specifically, you will:

• Lead and execute initiatives to enhance, simplify or mitigate risk across the Deposits portfolio
• Partner with and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Deposits technology delivery team to proactively identify and manage operational initiatives and other compliance obligations.
• Understand dynamics of the Term Deposits portfolio, including key drivers, trends and leading indicators, and ideate plans to adapt to changing conditions and opportunities
• Understand and listen to the voice of the customer, be across and predict industry trends to identify customer improvements to support our customers meet their goals
• Lead the end-to-end product management of our Passbook product
• Foster a collaborative culture across the broader team, ensuring CBA values are demonstrated at all times

• Experience managing Banking Products and ownership of P&L
• Ability to think analytically and use data and insights to make decisions
• Strong Communication and Influencing skills
• Proven track record of driving results
• Excellent attention to detail
• Tertiary qualification in a Business / Commerce / Technology degree highly regarded.
