This role will client facing based within their decommissioning project team to develop and deliver on upcoming activities on their offshore field See where your ambition, ideas, and skills can take you. We provide asset support solutions encompassing asset management and modifications, shutdowns and turnarounds, general maintenance, operations support services and decommissioning. Your focus will include:  

• Supporting the planning and delivery on the decommissioning activities
• Interface across multiple groups within the project team including operations, engineering and planning and scheduling
• Working closely with vendors and third parties to define and deliver on integrated scopes within the schedule
• Provide and populate accurate estimates for execution resource requirements to assist with the resource allocation and resource levelling in conjunction with the planning/scheduling team
• Identification of risk to scope and schedule and development of mitigation strategies
• Identification, population and managing delivery of materials in line with project delivery milestones
• Continual improvement with the identification and integration of best practices in scopes planning and delivery within the industry
• Supporting execution phase on the offshore site

What you will bring to the team:  

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar scoping/work packing position within oil and gas, engineering, petrochemical and or maintenance industries
• Prior experience in a project environment and management systems would be highly regarded
• Experience in working within defined milestone planning
• Good working knowledge of brownfield project/maintenance planning and implementation (piping, static equipment and structural)
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities to deliver scopes
• Understanding of installation, testing, and commissioning procedures
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems preferably SAP-PM & MM
