JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR/Accounts Executive join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and data analysis, HR Recruitment and Payroll You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting the overall financial health and Human Resource of the organization. Your responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for the assigned financial and management accounting functions of the assigned entities. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly accounts, financial statements, reports, supporting schedules and all regulatory reports.
- Monitor daily cash flow position, fund transfer and utilise of the Company’s cash flows in order to maximize return yields and minimize finance costs. Liaise with bankers/financiers on all treasury matters.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines required by Singapore HQ
- Perform reconciliations of accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and analysis on variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for reporting and decision-making.
- Maintain and update accounting records, including journal entries and general ledger postings.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and support external auditors during audits and tax matters including SST, corporate tax.
- Preparing Advance & Monthly payroll for monthly staffs and daily local and foreign workers.
- Check employees hire/resignation date.
- Maintain or update personal profile in the system and filling personal file.
- Handling statutory contribution payment (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, INCOME TAX)
- Handle Recruitment For All Level Staffs by posting, resume screening and do arrangement for interview
- Conduct orientation session for new join employees
- Conduct exit interview for resign employees
- Manage all foreign workers related matters
- Coordinating the foreign worker application quota
- Liaising with JTK,KDN,KSM,JIM and other agencies to ensure smoothly process according to the government rules and regulations
- Liaise with government bodies.
- Maintain employees Insurance, Door access, Office hygiene
