As the Product Lead you will be the Product lead for numerous delivery squads. These delivery squads will be comprised of both internal and external resources. You will be responsible for working with key sales, marketing, operations and finance business stake holders to ensure the solutions delivered meet the business growth objectives and achieve great Customer excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver best in class to Lead to Order Capabilities for Informa Markets.
• Support the technical/functional development of Salesforce IT applications in his/her area of responsibility including Customer Relationship Management, Order Management and Billing across the Order to Cash lifecycle.
• Ensure a scalable solution that meets overall business requirements; provide functional oversight throughout the full project lifecycle;
• Provide relevant guidance to business stakeholder and Product Manager based on current product capabilities and previous implementation experiences;
• Engage and communicate with business stakeholders across multiple Informa divisions; raise concerns, warning or red flags early;
• Be recognised as a functional expert on the delivery platform;
• Champion delivery excellence and identify and drive improvement opportunities.
