Partnering with Tanker Independent Contractors | Earn 65% of Load. N - Tanker Vehicles Endorsement. H - Hazardous Materials Endorsement. Ergon Trucking offers steady work for above-average pay per mile. While you might earn a comparable amount at another trucking operation, chances are you’d spend a lot more time on the road. Ergon Trucking offers competitive pay for less of your time—and at a lower cost to your family. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus, over $12,500 in bonuses the first year and over $8,500 in bonuses after the first year.

- Minimum age of 23 years.
- Minimum experience: 1 year of driving tractor trailers; tanker experience a plus.
- Must be medically examined and certified by an Ergon Trucking-recognized physician as physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle.
- Must have a valid CDL and tanker endorsement. HAZMAT endorsement preferred.
- Candidate must already have or be able to acquire TWIC card at time of employment.
- Moving violations: No more than 2 in the last 36 months.
- No conviction within the last 36 months for any serious traffic violation.
- No drug or alcohol convictions in the last 10 years.
- No criminal record (felonies).
