Job Purpose

Responsible, under the general direction of the P&PM Coordinator, for general analytical findings and recommendations across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the P&PM organization, either independently or in collaboration with others.

Supervision and guidance are generally limited to outlines of over-all objectives of assigned tasks, updates of work in progress, and approval of the incumbent's findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following at the Admin Area level:

Lead, coordinate and execute, with minimal supervision, routine planning and performance management tasks, such as the weekly highlights, monthly reporting, quarterly business

reviews, accountability reporting, KPI reporting, and business plan development;

Assume the risk coordinator role for the Admin Area;

Represent the Admin Area on cross-functional initiatives relating to planning and performance management;

Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the major deliverables of the Admin Area through hands-on involvement in these activities;

Provide oversight on the Admin Area's administrative costs

Education & Experience Requirements

A successful candidate will have the following:

Bachelors in Business Admin, Finance, MIS or a related discipline

5-7 years of related experience

GC 12-14 level

Ability to produce reports and presentations to senior management;

Ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary team, as well as in crossfunctional settings;

Excellent communication skills; proficient in developing spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint;

Enthusiasm to develop knowledge and skills relating to the Treasury functions;

Attention to detail is a must.
