Job details

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or ACCA certification is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles within the financial services industry.
Proven experience in auditing and reconciliation processes.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements specific to the financial services industry.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and fostering positive working relationships.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
