Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of marketing funnel and user behaviours of Bybit products;
• Analyse current user retention, traffic, trading habits and recommend targeted campaigns to optimise user lifetime value of the product;
• Formulate and execute user acquisition campaigns and amplify campaign reach via online and offline channels;
• Drive first time deposit, trading volume through effective campaigns like deposit campaign, trading competition, airdrop campaigns, etc.;
• Project manage campaign from end to end including ideation, tracking of results, coordination with stakeholders i.e. product team, designer, content, social media, partnership, BD and external marketing agencies;
• Manage budget and evaluate ROI of each campaign.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Business equivalent;
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing;
• Prior industry experience in Finance/Trading/Forex/E-commerce preferred;
• Proficiency in English is a must and Arabic/French is a big plus;
• Good organizational and communication skills;
• Strong multi-tasking and superb execution skills.
