Responsibilities

• Review all the business cases, present new project proposals to PIC, and obtain their approval for execution
• Voting member of the Change Control Board for approval of all Tier 3 Projects expenditures
• Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to successfully monitor and track the Bank’s portfolio of ongoing projects
• Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with all related department heads and units to ensure the successful completion of ongoing projects within the defined time frame
• Updating PIC on the project portfolio regularly as required

Requirement

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent understanding of project management fundamentals
• Hands-on knowledge and experience executing and managing complex Retail Banking projects
