repare and maintain the Department’s MIS Reports (Credit TAT, weekly and Monthly WCAS Reports, Facilities Utilization and Implementation and such other reports as and when required )Handle the end-to-end organization of the weekly Credit Committee Meetings and credit submissions for the Board Executive Committee.L iaise with the different departments (Business, FRR, CMO, BOD Secretary) related to the CC or BEC meetings Coordinate with the Corporate Unit Heads and credit team for the update on the IFRS9 Rebuttals list and submit the same to the Dept. Head for review Support in the update of the Department policies and the collation of requirements during audit Provide high level administrative support to the Department Head to ensure that all matters are dealt with efficiently and appropriately. Draft replies and where appropriate, prepare self-correspondence with little to no supervision to ensure timely and appropriate responses to internal and external customers. Requirements SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Graduate, preferably in commercially oriented discipline or Higher Secondary education Proficient in MS Office applications5 years experience with a good understanding of banking practices. Good Analytical/ Report writing skills Planning & Organizing skills Computer literate with strong working knowledge of business software applications, particularly spreadsheets
